1. Verification: You tell us where the item is. We contact the venue (Hotel, MTR Staff, Police) in Chinese/Cantonese to verify it’s there.
2. The Pickup: We arrange a courier or physically visit the location to claim your property. We act as your authorized representative.
3. Visual Confirmation: We send you photos/videos of the item immediately upon recovery.
4. The “Impossible” Shipping: We pack it securely and ship it to you. (See below about batteries!).

Pricing & Trust

Our fee includes the coordination service (calls, verification), the pickup errand, and the international shipping handling. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight.

Note: We are a “Result-Oriented” service. If the item is not found or gone before we get there, we only charge a basic investigation fee to cover our time/travel costs.
