Scenario 1: University & Education Records Retrieval

A very common request from former foreign students or teachers. You need your academic records verified but the university won’t email them.

• Transcript & Diploma Pickup: We visit universities in Shenzhen/Guangzhou/Hong Kong to physically collect your sealed transcripts or degree certificates.
• Verification Center Filing: We can submit documents to local education bureaus for verification stamps.

Scenario 2: Police Character Certificate (CNCC) Assistance

Applying for a visa to the US, Canada, or Australia? You likely need a “Non-Criminal Record Certificate” (Police Clearance) covering your stay in China.

• The Challenge: Local police stations (PSB) strictly require a physical representative with a Power of Attorney (POA) to process this.
• Our Service: We act as your agent to submit your passport copies and POA to the Shenzhen/Guangdong entry-exit bureau or notary public to facilitate the issuance of this critical document.

Scenario 3: Hong Kong Apostille & Legalization

For documents issued in Hong Kong (like marriage certificates or business contracts) to be used overseas, they often need an Apostille from the High Court.

We physically take your document to the High Court Registry in Hong Kong, pay the fees, wait in line, and retrieve the apostilled document for you.

Scenario 4: Business & Bank Errands

Left a USB Key (U-Shield), a contract, or a tax invoice behind?

• Bank Token Retrieval: Picking up reactivated bank security tokens or cards from a branch (requires authorization).
• Physical Signing: We can visit your supplier or partner to pick up wet-ink signed contracts and courier them to you via DHL/FedEx.

How It Works: Authorization is Key

1. Consultation: Tell us what document you need and where it is located.
2. Authorization (POA): For most government errands, you will need to sign a Letter of Authorization (we provide the template) and send us a scan or the original.
3. Execution: We travel to the location (School, Government Office, Bank). We handle the queuing and Chinese communication.
4. Secure Shipping: Once retrieved, we scan it for you immediately and ship the hard copy via trackable international courier.
