Q: I don’t have a shipping label. Can you book the courier for me?

A: Yes. If you don’t have your own logistics account, we can book the shipment using our accounts (shipping fees billed at cost). You just provide the recipient info.

Q: How do you charge for labeling?

A: We charge a small “Service/Handling Fee” per package. Discounts apply if combined with Storage or Receiving services.

Q: Can you print the Commercial Invoice for international shipments?

A: Yes. International shipments usually require 3 copies of the Invoice. Send us the file, and we will print and attach them for the courier.
